Leonard has worked in the Architectural profession since 1964. He has accumulated a wealth of
professional and practical experience in the past thirty years, and he has always maintained the highest
standards of quality in construction and in service to his clients. He has been the "Principal-Architect-In-
Charge" and the "Project Architect" on numerous public, commercial, and institutional projects.

Leonard's experience and professionalism will help ensure the continuity of design integrity through the
construction document and construction administration phases.

Mr. Feeney has practiced architecture in Lewiston since 1976. Mike has been quite active in all aspects of
architectural design and construction, and has been in charge of numerous healthcare projects in the
Inland Northwest. Mike has always given a great amount of detailed attention to project budgets, the
Owner's concerns, and the design and construction administration of the projects.
